Richard Kotzé established Wright Approach Consultancy in 2002.
Opening his own professional consultancy was a dream come true – and it filled a gap that many people had been experiencing in the property development industry.

Richard combines a keen interest in Law and its impact on land use and property development with his vast experience gained in the Department of Justice as well as in a senior posts held at various Local Authorities throughout the country.

Richard Kotzé has a legal qualification from the University of South Africa as well as a post-graduate diploma in Municipal Management from the Rand Afrikaans University. He is registered with SAPI and IMASA. He is also a member of the Valuation Appeal Boards for the Municipalities of Overstrand (Hermanus) and Theewaterskloof (Caledon)

He strives to provide his clients with professional service and first hand knowledge in legal matters pertaining primarily to municipal legislation and procedures and property development law
